I received my beautiful Spring box and was really excited until I noticed the gorgeous colors were blurry on the outside from what seemed like moisture. I opened the box and discovered the items were wet. Some of my products ha leaked out into the box. The gorgeous wrapping paper was soaked on one side. I was so disappointed. I uploaded pictures to customer support and Keneesha made everything all right again 🩷Thank goodness I had the insurance too so worth the value
