What dates is the Vault open for shopping?
The Vault will be open for shopping from Saturday, January 11, to Sunday, January 26. Some items are available in limited quantities, so we highly recommend shopping early to secure the products you want to try.
How does it work?
When the Vault opens, you can shop items from our Signature Series Collection of natural hair care products and select limited-edition body care products. The Signature Series Collection is typically available only through a subscription during the rest of the year. When the Vault is open, it’s your only opportunity to purchase these items individually without signing up for a subscription. Please note that subscriptions require a minimum of three charges or purchases before cancellation is allowed.
Why does it take 3-5 weeks to receive my products after placing an order?
Products available in the Vault are not part of the regular Urbanbella collection. They are custom-made exclusively for our tribe this time of year and are not pre-stocked on shelves. Since all products are handmade fresh from scratch, they take time to produce. High-quality, handcrafted products require extra care and time to create, but we promise the wait is worth it!
Why is the Vault special?
The Vault contains our Signature Series Collection, which features products initially launched or offered in our seasonal boxes from 2021 through 2024. These collections use elevated ingredients focusing on scalp care, hair growth, hair loss reduction, intense shine, moisture, and hydration. These special collections are handcrafted in-house and are a premium enhancement to our classic product line.
Can I purchase these items at another time?
These items are only available for individual purchase once a year when the Vault opens in the winter. After the Vault closes, a limited selection may be available by subscription only. Subscriptions require three billing cycles, meaning you agree to have your card billed three times at your chosen interval before cancellation is allowed. The Vault is the perfect opportunity if you prefer to purchase without a subscription commitment.
Can these products be used on straight or relaxed hair?
Yes, Urbanbella cleansers and conditioners are excellent for relaxed and straight hair use. Additionally, our hair and scalp treatments work wonderfully on straight hair.
