I would like to have and understanding of what products are for everyday, every week, just for monthly, or just to be used one time (ie: had an issue or just maybe have too much product in your hair and just used to cleanse). What are protein based shampoo/conditioners for? How do you know when you need certain products? How do you know when your hair is hydrated?

I think it’s important that women know what’s in their makeup and how to purchase “clean products “. There are so many bad chemicals in makeup. It’s time we use our buying power to demand eliminating those bad ingredients in the products we put on our face and body.
